These draft terms explain how the first Docs Wholesaler's collection is presented and ordered. Orders are currently handled by WhatsApp while this site is a local preview.
Products and price
The current collection is acrylic Islamic wall art. The listed price is R500 per standard boxed DIY set. Assembly is required; please read the individual product description. Images are supplied product photos, and colours may look different on different screens.
Custom pieces in clear glass, mirror or colour mirror are quoted separately. The final price depends on the measurements and finish you choose. We will send a written quote for you to accept before taking payment.
How an order is confirmed
A WhatsApp enquiry is not yet a confirmed order. Before you pay, we will confirm the selected design, price, availability, delivery charge and estimated delivery timing in writing. The local preview does not take payment. PayFast will only be offered once a secure live checkout has been configured.
Payment and delivery
Delivery is currently offered within South Africa through The Courier Guy. Delivery charges depend on the destination and parcel, and will be confirmed before you agree to the order. Dispatch timing will also be confirmed with you.
You may ask for optional additional courier cover at an extra charge. Before payment, we will tell you whether it is available, its price and the relevant cover terms. This optional cover does not replace any rights or responsibilities that apply by law.
Defects, returns and refunds
We do not promise discretionary change-of-mind refunds beyond rights that apply under South African law. If an item is defective, unsafe or does not meet the required quality standards, contact us with your order details and photos so we can assess it. Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, qualifying goods may be returned within six months after delivery and the consumer may choose the remedy provided by law, which can include a repair, replacement or refund.
Some online purchases may also carry a cooling-off or cancellation right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable law. Those rights are not limited by this policy. If you have a concern, please message us before sending an item back so we can arrange a recorded return and explain the next step.
